All the employees are adequately insured for their life as well for health also. We offer Provident fund, Pension & ESIC to all our employees. Apart from this we have employee loyalty scheme where we offer employee lump sum amount after completion of 10 years of job which can take care of their future liabilities. We have proper retirement policy for our staff. We give job preference to Woman’s & physically disabled persons. We have arrangements with local banks to provide loans to our employee for their housing & other need. We nurture the employee with Continuous Training Program which encourages them to adopt best distribution practices with the understanding of Social responsibility.

Supplier (Company) Policy
We give equal importance & Exposure to our every supplier irrespective of transaction value & volume. We assure & ensure our Payments to supplier as per agreed credit terms. We assure proper storage condition on behalf of our supplier to their end customer. We assure every support to our supplier for the development of their sales in the territory. We put our utmost efforts to make every products of our supplier available with us as well in the retail market. We ensure 24 Hr x 365 day delivery for the Life Saving Drugs of our supplier. We adopt the best inventory management module which helps the supplier to minimize the loss due to expiries.

Customer Policy
We give equal importance to our every Customer irrespective of transaction value & volume. We assure optimum transparency & comply with every statutory requirement in our every transaction. For the service of ailing people we put our every possible effort for timely delivery to our customer. We equally value the money of our customer. As part of which we assure every benefit provided by supplier, is pass on to our Customer & also assure committed after sales service (Expiry, Breakage & Non moving) to our customers within the agreement of Trade & Industry.

Statutory Policy
We ensure timely payment of statutory Taxes & Fees to the respective Govt. authority. We ensure timely & correct submission of all the reports & returns with the concern Govt. departments. We ensure timely renewal of all the statutory licenses issued for the business. We do not prefer any deviation from any statutory obligation.

Energy Conservation & environment Policy
We ensure to use all our equipments having better energy conservation quality. We also adopt every possible way to avoid misuse of energy, by putting off the lights Computers etc whenever not in use. All our cooling equipments are periodically maintained. We have energy conservation checking mechanism to monitor the consumption fluctuations.
We discourage the use of plastic bags in our packing material. We ensure all our paper waste & garbage goes to proper recycling chain. We adopt every possible way to avoid misuse of water in our office.
